We collect only what you type into the contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. We send no marketing texts and no marketing calls.
If you use the contact form: your name and email address, and — only if you choose to give them — your phone number and ZIP code, plus whatever you write in the message. Nothing else.
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party pixels on this site. We do not build a profile on you, and we do not track you across other websites.
To answer you, and to have the context to answer usefully. If you ask about a specific property, we may keep what you told us so we can pick the conversation back up later. That is the whole purpose.
By email. If you gave us a phone number and asked us to call, we may call you about your inquiry. We do not send marketing text messages or automated calls, and we will not add you to a texting list.
We do not sell or rent your information, to anyone, ever.
If you decide to move forward with a solar project, we will need to share the relevant details with the licensed contractor who would perform the work, so they can prepare a design and a quote — because your contract is with them, not with us. We will tell you who that is by name before anything is shared. We share with no one else, except where the law requires it.
For as long as it is useful to the conversation, and for as long as records of a project need to be kept. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to retain it.
Email joshua@jinwuenergy.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. California residents have these rights under state law; we extend them to everybody. No charge, and asking will not affect how we treat you.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
